1 - The Guest and His Pleasure are the true patrimony of the all activities related to BUONA PUGLIA.
2 - The in partnership enterprises plan their own activity according to criterions of ethicality, respect of the  working conditions, of the laws and rules in force. Particularly the maximum respect is pursued for the environment and the territory.
3 - We intend to privilege to a large extent the use of raw materials coming from Puglia.
4 - The cooks of the restaurants nd the hotels belonging to our consortium use exclusively “Extra-virgin olive oil when hey cook having their preference for the range of virgin olive Oils from Puglia, Denomination of Protected Origin (DOP)olive oils.
5 - The restaurants and the hotels undertake to grant to their GUEST the maximum transparency of the origin of the raw materials sed.
6 - Respect of the seasonality of the products and of the oenological and gastronomic traditions of the territory.
7 - In order to promote Apulian territory he restaurants and the hotels belonging to our consortium act as ambassadors of the local food excellences, suggesting not only Apulian products but also visits and thematic itineraries.
8 - In every restaurant and in every hotel there will be an information point with the tourist and cultural events of the territory.
9 - The restaurants and the hotels put local, national own Guests as well as international daily papers at their
GUESTS’disposal.
